• Partner responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing funding strategies for portfolio companies in a Private Equity firm specializing in financial services businesses

• Extensive Investment Committee experience

• Managing Director responsible for providing warehouse, bridge and acquisition funding to specialty finance companies in a bulge bracket investment bank

• Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and execute complex financial transactions

• Deep experience accessing, optimising and executing funding for financial services companies in various structures, including LBO, uni-tranche and bank funding, high yield bonds, Tier 2 bonds, preferred equity, and securitisation

• Significant transaction experience throughout Western Europe/CEE across a wide variety of asset classes, including performing, semi-performing and non-performing financial assets, real estate and financial services businesses

• Strong, relevant and current NED/strategic advisory experience, including position on Board of UK publicly listed bank
